Order Problems:
My order never arrived.
If your order hasn’t arrived there are several possible reasons:
Sometimes when an order is placed the credit card is declined. If this is the case then the order will not be shipped. We will send you an email, but occasionally these emails end up in junk folders. Check your account to see if your order shows up in the order history. If it doesn’t, then odds are the order was probably declined.
Sometimes additional address verification or information is needed. Generally an email is sent to notify the customer. As mentioned above, occasionally these emails end up in junk folders so double check or feel free to contact us with order questions.
An item is missing from my shipment:
If an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us for assistance. Please have your order number available if possible.
An item in my order is broken:
If an item in your order is broken, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item. Please have your order number available if possible.
I received the wrong item:
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item. Please have your order number available if possible.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Sometimes things just don’t work out-and that’s okay. At Blade HQ, we’re committed to making returns and exchanges straightforward and stress-free.
Returns
You can initiate a return from your Account page within 60 days of receiving your item(s). After your return is approved (please allow up to 3 business days), we’ll email you a pre-paid return shipping label.
Once we receive your item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method or offer store credit-whichever you prefer.
• Items must be in new or gently used condition.
• Items showing heavy wear, damage, or modification may be ineligible for return.
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
• This return policy does not apply to customized items or international orders.
Exchanges:
Need the same item replaced? Exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. you’d prefer to swap your item rather than return it, just give us a call or send an email with your request your exchange is approved, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label. Your replacement item will ship after we receive the original.
• Shipping charges are not refunded, even for exchanges.
• This policy does not apply to customized items or international orders.
